A Fair Charging Structure
At Armstrongs Wealth Planning, we believe in offering a fair, quality service to our clients. The fact that we have so many clients returning back to us each year is testament to this ethos.

Whilst we do charge an application fee for our mortgage service - typically up to £395* for a house purchase application or £195* for a remortgage - this is only ever payable once we have submitted an application, never before.
Unlike other brokers, we do not charge for an 'Agreement in Principle' or for 'Product Transfer' application where a client remains with their same lender instead of remortgaging to a new provider.
